CARLOTTA S.r.l. accepts the majority of the most common Credit Cards, as well as Prepaid and rechargeable cards, issued by Italian bank institutions: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AURA and many others.
It’s possible to make your payment via PayPal or with Cash on Delivery.
If you select "Credit Card or Paypal" as payment method and click on the "Pay now" button, a new window will appear on your screen and allow you to start the payment procedure.
- If you have a PayPal account, simply log in with your PayPal email and password.
1. Choose Credit Card or Paypal in the Payment Methods section.
2. Click on "Pay now".
3. Click "Login" after entering your credentials.
- If you wish to pay by credit card, without having a PayPal account, click on "Pay with a card" and you will be able to complete your purchase with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Discovery, Aura, PostePay, American Express, prepaid and authorized rechargeable cards.

4. Fill in the fields to complete the payment procedure
This payment method allows you to pay by cash directly at the moment when you receive the goods. It involves an additional cost of €4.90, already included in the total amount of your order, which the courier collects for the service provided.
This payment method can be chosen only if the total amount of your order is less than or equal to €1,000. The money has to be given to the driver directly. To speed up the collection process, we suggest you to check and get the exact amount ready when the driver comes. The courier will not accept cheques of any kind.
The cash on delivery service is active only for deliveries in Italy.
If you have a Satispay account, simply choose "Satispay" in the payment methods section and scan the QRCode or enter your mobile number to finalize your purchase.
Please do not forget to open the app to authorize the payment and make sure that the transaction has been successfully concluded.
Desktop:
- Choose Satispay as payment method
- Click on "PLACE THE ORDER”
- Open the app and scan the QRCode or enter the mobile phone number linked to your Satispay account
- Authorize payment via the app
- Wait for the payment confirmation message on the echarme.it page.
At the end of the procedure you will be redirected to the echarme.it page where you will find your order number.
Mobile:
- Choose Satispay as Payment Method
- Click on "PLACE THE ORDER".
- Enter the mobile phone number linked to your Satispay account
- Open the Satispay app
- Authorize payment via the app
- Wait for the payment confirmation message on your app.
At the end of the procedure you will be redirected to the echarme.it page where you will find your order number.
PayPal
When using this payment method, you’ll be redirected to PayPal’s secure server, where you will be able to complete your order using Visa, Mastercard, Aura, PostePay, American Express, prepaid and rechargeable cards. If you have a PayPal account, you will just have to log in to your account using your email address and password.
Credit Cards
With this payment method you will be able to enter your card details directly on the check-out page. The payment system offered by Banca Sella, will make the transaction absolutely secure.
We follow only the most advanced standards when transferring and accessing your data and would like to highlight the fact that all the information related to the order, including your personal and credit card data, are all rigidly protected.
More specifically, your credit card information goes directly to the bank that is processing your payment, and in no case Echarme will either have access to it or store it.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery allows you to pay for your order when the driver comes to your address. This payment method includes an additional fee of € 4,90, already included in the total value of your order, that will be given to the courier company for the service offered.
If you choose Cash on Delivery, the maximum order value allowed is € 1000,00 and the customer must pay by cash.
To expedite the collection of the parcel, we would suggest you to be ready to pay the exact amount of cash that needs to be given to the driver.
The courier will not accept any kind of cheque.
